Send the required temperature range, product composition, packaging, shelf life, pallet dimensions and expected storage period. Include any limits on exposure during receiving, picking or delivery.
Plan the complete cold-chain handover

Is climate-controlled storage the same as these frozen rooms?
Not necessarily. Send the required temperature and humidity specification. The frozen and deep-cold figures above do not establish an ambient climate-control or humidity programme; suitable arrangements need project-specific confirmation.
