Bonded warehouse costs in China depend on the goods and the operating work. Describe the storage unit, occupied space, duration and conditions. A pallet quote and a cubic-metre quote cannot be compared without the package dimensions and the definition of billable occupancy.
Ask which receiving, inspection, putaway, picking and dispatch tasks are included. Specify whether orders use full pallets, cartons or individual units. Include label application, packing materials, returns and unusual handling as separate scope questions. The frequency of movements can change the total cost even when average inventory is unchanged.
Identify the proposed procedure, number of release batches and destinations. Ask how declarations, document work and transport are charged.
