Identify the stock and its customs status
A re-export bonded warehouse plan in China starts with the goods already held, or proposed for arrival, under a specified customs procedure. Provide the entry records and explain whether goods have been released domestically. The route for onward shipment cannot be inferred from the building address alone.
Check the destination and handling scope
Provide the consignee, destination country, product identity and proposed transport mode. Explain whether the shipment needs intact cartons, sorting, repacking or a change in labels. Confirm that the requested work is permissible for the goods and customs status before arranging warehouse labour.
Reconcile the dispatch quantities
Match the physical stock to SKU, batch and customs records. Specify which quantities leave and which remain. Record damaged goods and any packing changes. A dispatch plan should explain how discrepancies are resolved before the final transport documents are issued.
Prepare a movement assessment
Send inventory and entry documents, the destination requirements, package dimensions and requested departure window. Include whether the movement is a return to the original supplier or onward supply to a new buyer. TAPO reviews the warehouse, customs coordination and transport scope as one contracted plan.
