Classify the goods before choosing storage
A consumer goods warehouse in China may serve household products, accessories or other finished goods. The broad category does not establish import eligibility or handling conditions. Supply an item list with materials, intended use and any product-specific requirements before choosing an operating plan.
Build records that support the next order
Give the product and carton barcodes, units per pack, dimensions and weight. Explain whether buyers order individual pieces, multipacks or complete cartons. Agree the conversion rules so that receiving a carton and dispatching one item update the same inventory record.
Separate promotion and return workflows
Promotional bundles need component lists, approved packaging and a rule for tracking the finished set. Returned items need a condition assessment and a stock status before resale is considered. Identify who decides whether an item is repacked, quarantined or sent elsewhere.
Choose the distribution pattern
List wholesale destinations, retail replenishment points and parcel channels with their order profiles. Include fragile packaging, bulky items and stacking limits. TAPO can assess the contracted storage and distribution plan in Shanghai; product acceptance and each handling task are confirmed for the actual assortment.
