Treat each equipment package as a handling task
An industrial equipment warehouse enquiry in China needs crate drawings, dimensions, centre-of-gravity information where relevant and gross weight. Explain whether the shipment is one complete machine or several components. A total shipment weight does not describe the load placed on an individual storage position.
Specify receiving and lifting requirements
Supply lifting points, permitted handling methods and restrictions on tilting or stacking. Identify the equipment and access needed for unloading. Floor access, lifting arrangements and storage suitability require assessment at the selected location; this page does not promise heavy-lift capability.
Agree preservation and inspection scope
Describe moisture protection, packaging inspection and any periodic checks required during storage. Separate visual checks from commissioning or technical testing. Retain manufacturer instructions and agree how damage or a packaging defect is recorded and escalated.
Plan the next movement
Provide the final site, vehicle access, receiving window and unloading responsibilities. Explain whether equipment remains under a supervised procedure or is intended for domestic import. TAPO assesses contracted coordination for storage and transport; acceptance and handling arrangements are confirmed before shipment.
